I have to make a confession, before starting this diet I really did not like any yogurt. After about two weeks of no sweets and lots of meat, this dish became a staple of my diet. This is a good fix for a sweet craving, a quick and simple snack, and/or a nice alternative to an egg-white breakfast.
- 3/4 cup 0%-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Splenda (c) packet or 1 tsp baking Splenda (c)
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of unsweetened cinnamon
Mix it all together and enjoy!
